Fresh Produce

Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We guarantee freshness at the time of delivery.

Processed Products

Unopened processed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective or damaged.

Step 4: Resolution

We'll process your return and provide a refund, replacement, or store credit within 3-5 business days.

Complete refund to your original payment method for qualifying returns.

Replacement

Free replacement of the same product if available and preferred by customer.

Store Credit

Credit towards future purchases, valid for 6 months from issue date.

Processing Times

Standard Returns: Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return authorization.
